Busy 1st Week

We have a lot going on this week. The existing vent hood and grease trap are getting professionally cleaned. Since everything has been sitting for a few years I am sure it is well past due. Electritions, plumbers, etc.. are all lined up this week as well. Things are getting very exciting around here, especially since we still have our regular catering workload. Busy, Busy!!
