World Cheese Dip Competition

It was a beautiful day at Dickey-Stephens Park!

The Hogs had a great day also!  We served over 600 portions of our cheese dip between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. We loved hearing everyone oohing and awing over our traditional style of cheese dip.  Congratulations to Dizzys for taking first place in the competition.  Palette did take home a trophy for best chip! We thank all who came out to support us!

Air conditioning repair!

Update: Our retail gourmet to go will be closed for the rest of the week due to our AC failure but it is being serviced now. There were some parts that had to be found for the main unit and the two other window units were so old it has taken some time to locate the right sizes. Installation should be complete by Friday so we will see you next week in a cool cool kitchen! We will still be here in this heat focusing on our catering commitments!

Wednesday...Retail Closed Again :(

Our air conditioner repair men are working as we speak to get this kitchen back down to a normal temperature. Our main unit is being worked on as well as both window units being replaced. Our window units are an odd size, therefore difficult to find. Jeremy and Beth are working on catering orders, If you need something in particular please give us a call. Could Not Get The Blog Post Up Today....

Hello Everyone!
I would like to apologize for not getting our menu up today. Phoebe, our 9 month old sweet baby girl, had her nine month check up today at 11:00. I was at the doctor, getting glowing reports :), and could not get back to the kitchen due to errands. Our 5 year old stand mixer died very late last night while I was making icing for a cake going out today and I had to make sure I got the best price in town. I will be back on tomorrow with a full menu and pictures. Thanks to you all for your continued support, the retail has been a very happy addition to our little ever growing business.
