Fresh Rhubarb Pie.
Tart and Delicious, one of my favorites!
Thses were a grooms cake that we made for some
of our really good friends. They are hollow
towers made from filled cream puffs and "glued"
together with caramelized sugar.
SOOOO fun to make!
Our first wedding cake!The theme of this cake was a "champagne toast".
The bubbles are cascading up the cake like they do in a champagne
flute and are coming out of the top. This was the brides creation
I just followed her requests and I loved it!!!
I wish I had taken a picture of them not sitting on the
messy sheet tray but oh well you get the idea.
