Blood Oranges

While blood oranges aka moro oranges are in season (mid January through mid April), Jeremy used the delicious flavors and color to add to his already tasty blackened tilapia.  He used fennel and blood oranges to make slaw.

Once you try the intense blood orange flavor you may even get a hint of fresh raspberry flavor.

In addition to being an artist in the kitchen, Jeremy uses his artistic side when plating his dinners.

All oranges contain carotene — that's what makes them orange. Moros get their red color from high concentrations of a pigment called anthocyanin, a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes the effects of free radicals. MONDAYS TOO!

Monday dinners are now available!  

The overwhelming response in January and February to our 

Gourmet To Go dinners plus the frequent requests for Mondays to 

be added pushed us to create and add Monday dinner options to our  

March Menu.
